Overview

Velodyne VLP-16 is a 360º lidar capable of creating 3D images. It has 16 laser/detector pairs mounted in a compact housing that rapidly spins to scan the surrounding environment.

Reservation

VLP-16 must be reserved before using. The reservation is done using the NanoCenter reservation system (see details in the Scheduling page).
You will be able to reserve the equipment personally only after being trained on it.
